How will my order be delivered?
A Pink Passion parcel is an exciting parcel, however we understand that it's your excitement, that's why we ensure that every package is sent in discreet, plain packaging, with no branding or hints about the content.
The Pink Passion company name will never be mentioned.
We currently use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels, and wherever possible will ensure that they can fit through a standard size letterbox.
When will my order arrive?
Pink Passion uses Royal Mail Delivery, you parcel will usually be with you 1-3 days from the date of dispatch.
We do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible, however deliveries with Royal Mail can take up to 21 days. However if your order hasn't arrived within 7 days please contact orders@pinkpassionsextoys.com.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE when you spend over £10 with us, for orders below £10 delivery is £3.00.
On normal working days, orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day. Orders recieved after 1pm will be despatched the following working day.
What will my PayPal or bank statements show?
We understand that sometimes discretion is everything, therefore all PayPal and bank statements will show either PP Trading or PPX Trading.
It's for you to decide who you share your passion with.
