We know this is a horrible situation!
Firstly, please check the batteries are the correct size and kind for the toy, are the correct way up and are not rechargeable batteries as these are slightly larger than normal batteries and can affect them.
Some of our toys have a plastic sleeve between the battery and the componants to prevent the batteries wearing down before they get to you. This plastic should be removed before play.
Ensure that the battery cap or cover is securely tightened and is not broken.

All of our toys are sent to you brand new, unopened and unused. Some items may retain some of their plastic, rubber, PVC or silicone scent from manufacturing and the nature of the materials used.
This smell is completely harmless and will gradually fade over time.

We use Royal Mail to send all parcels within the UK. This usually takes 1-3 days. Delivery from Royal Mail can take up to 21 days. If you have received your despatch notification but haven't got your PP parcel within 6 days please let us know by emailing orders@pinkpassionsextoys.com.
On normal working days orders received before 1pm will be despatched the same day. Orders received after this will be despatched the next working day.
